[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Postpaid to prepaid conversion delay | |||||
I have recently applied for idea post paid to prepaid conversion. It has been almost 10 days but the conversion has not happened. I have paid the deposit amt rs 500+ and paid the previous balance. For past 7 seven days my number has been blocked. Idea ranjeet hanuman road, indore office employee ([protected]) promised me a call back today at 8.00pm but it never happened. When i attempt to dial any number it says 'emergency calls only'. I tried to ring up to 100 but it did not work! What can i be done? Can this be so challenging for the company?
