Today 02/07/2018 morning i received a message from iz-idea saying, your request for promo offer activation for mob. No.[protected] has been successfully processed through communication ; i had not authorized such a service activation. Kindly register my complain against idea as i have seen here that this malpractice has been happening with a lot of other folks too and kept unattended many times on complaint with idea

On the 20th June vide NCMP[protected] Rs 249.00 was loaded.
Firstly please advise if any earlier balance was available on the no.
Now whats the current balance available.
