Sir,
I recharge my idea prepaid mobile rs.402/as per my idea app latest offer on there benefit shows in rs. 402 recharge unlimited local std and 1gb per day data extra talk time 50 rs. Validity 28 days. There is no displaying any condition that benefit gives if recharge through idea app only. So i recharge my mobile from alternate site mobikwik after that i received sms that recharge successful talk time rs. 337 received. Now i complain about it they are saying recharge should be made through my idea app only. Please give me justice.

Updated by ajay_0111 Still problem persist they recharge my number rs.402 denomination and talk time credited whereas this denomition not exist in talk time recharge value list.
