Idea Cellular — regarding non availability of 4g network | |||
Dear Sir, I have been dealing with the network problem from past week. There is no 4G network. I am unable to use 4G internet and making calls has also become difficult. I hope you can resolve this issue because i am using also Airtel No. But i am not facing any Network problem from Airtel. Before 2 days i had just recharged with the Idea 347 unlimited voice calling and data pack but the problem is that i can call other people but i am not receiving the daily 1 gb data pack. I'm not able to understand what the problem is.Can u please solve this as soon as possible?
