Dear Sir,

I am having both the data balance and 10ps offer from Idea to idea, even though main balance is deducted after using internet from mobile. Almost 230rs was deducted. Kindly look into the issue.

On rechargeitnow showing idea will be giving 1 gb 3g data with 28 days validity for rs 52. However after actual recharge on 10 sept 2016 i got only 300 mb 2g data with 6 day validity. Idea must give me the 1gb data or block such site to recharge the idea voice or data pack.
