[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Vas service activated again without any consent | |||||
Hi, I am seriously now fed up of idea's service. You guys randomly activate services when internet is used. This time hello tv99 got activated. Earlier also some service was activated and was charged. But since i complained about this after the bill got processed so i din't recieve refund. But this time i've asked customer care to deactivate the service instantly. If this time its going be there in my bill then i'll take some actions. I've got proof too. Also i'm going to port from idea cellurar to some other better network. I was doing some important work and in between i had to make call to customer care to get this service deactivated.
