[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Worst Experience Ever

I took a new postpaid sim from idea executive 6 months back because i want a prepaid no. [protected] and he told me that take this no. in postpaid now and after 3-4 months you can migrate it to prepaid free of cost. He charged me Rs 300 and he told me that this amount will be adjusted in your idea bill after three months. Its been 6 months now and the amount is still not adjusted in my bill. Today when i went to an idea outlet and asked them to migrate my sim from postpaid to prepaid. My outstanding bill was 227 rs till date. They charged me 390 rs. I asked them that i already paid a security deposit of 300 Rs. So you can adjust it in my bill and issue me a new sim card. They said that the amount will come in your prepaid sim after 1 month. And activation will take 5-7 days in which 2-3 days your sim will be not working. Is this the way you cheat your valuable customers. I am fed up now with idea service. I ll never recommend to use idea postpaid to anyone. And the 6 idea nos. my family members are using i m porting them to vodafone by today only.
