Hi, This is premchand. I have used idea postpaid connection 12 months before 2 to 3 times, and i am not using that connection from september 2016 due to bill disputes.I have received wrong bill in the month of September 2016 for that reason i have raised complaint against the bill which was wrongly provided by idea Cellular .Till date issue not resolved even that today, i got call from [protected] a lady she said that we are from Delhi Court and we are lodged the FIR against your dues of ICMS PVT LTD and your case will be handled by MR ASHOKUMAR and she had given me contact no of him that is[protected]. I have recorded both the calls.Discussed with MR ASHOKUMAR he said that he is advocate and case has been raised against dues of Idea Billing . The thing is that i have activated rs 175 of Pack of Internet but, it has lapsed without any prior information. and i have been charged as a base tariff plan and i have received 3370 Rs of bill .I have raised complaint for the same and also i have received calls from the customer care of idea that we will pass you waiver of Rs. 1500 you should be done reaming payment .I asked them for the dispute and i agreed to pay Rs. 1870 at that time but the Idea Employer said we cant pass you Rs. 1500 of waiver.that the reason case has been not closed till date but getting calls for the payment and they are Threatening me . Its my humbled request to u those peoples who are calling, plz stop nonsense activities otherwise i will go to the step by step . I am not going to make the payment till case not resolved .I am ready to pay Rs. 1870/- any time . but idea people are not supportive. they used abusive language Was this information helpful? | |

I have got the same call we should get these people arrested. Why are they troubling the local citizens like this.

same thing happened with me, Idea legal Dept is doing illegal work, and doing harassment of their customer.
idea cellular ltd has given collection work in hand of wrong agency ICMS. They are threatening idea customer by using "DELHI LOK ADALAT" name. Totally doing illegal work. TRAI, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, should take action against Idea Celluar & ICMS agency.

I have also got a call from Mr. Vinod Sharma([protected]) saying that I have received one file against you and you need to talk to Mr. Ajay Chaudhary ([protected]) from ICMS Pvt Ltd and short out your matter so that your file can be closed.

Dear sir,
I am Siddhant Kharavtekar
I want to bring your kind notice i purchase your IDEA sim card that time of sim card your idea executive told me that your monthly bill will not go above 450 rs, but when i activate monthly bill started to come 700 rs and above .I paid 4 months and above regularly your bill.and many many times i requested for Deactivate jackpot offer but the customer care executive told me that u have to pay 100 rs extra per month for 3 months we cannot deactivate this pack its doesn't matter u used the service or not, then also i get huge bill amount of 700-750 rs. so i decided to close the service so i spoke with the customer care executive they told me u must pay 500 rs i do waiver off rs 200. i paid 500 rs so company disconnect my network after 2 days . then also every month i got bill and company executive asking me to pay the extra money.
my sim card service is disconnected by company then also i am receiving bill regularly and company staff is harassing me mentally using valgular language and the call come from ICMS pvt from Delhi threatening me from there legal department that company will take action against you and they hacking my data and harassing my friends and relatives also
so i hope sir you will take necessary action for this and will stop company harassment to me
