[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong promises from idea and mislead to customer | |||
Idea committed 6 gb data with unlimited calling per month for postpaid plan 499 on dated dated 21.05.17. So considering data offer i was changed my vodafone cell ([protected]) to idea but till date i have not received committed 6gb data, actual received only 3gb per month. When i asked representative they told me you have 6gb but fact remain same because after 3gb usage of every month my data pack not working. Finally i reached with bill evident then idea declared as your plan is 3gb. I have evidence so enclosed plan copy pertaining commitment. I was suffered almost 5 months & continuous follow up but they people are not responding for my loss even after written complaint. Service provider details as follows, Idea cellular ltd, 11/1 sharda center karve road, erandawana pune 411004 mail id - [protected]@idea. My Dear,
My initial message have all clarity with evidence though repeating issue
IDEA committed 6GB data per month but i was revived only 3GB data since beginning and almost for 5 months
IDEA is responsible for my loss as timely not corrected/attained this issue.
