[Resolved] Idea Cellular — wrong recharge through mobikwik | |
I erroneously done the wrong rechagre on my number for 294 rupees. I want reversal of amount. Number - [protected]. I done recharge through mobikwik. I want reversal or atleast give the amount in my main balance of idea number. Recharge amount is 294. Order id - en[protected]. Transaction was done erroneously in my mobikwik account. I was checking plans and i have balance in my mobikwik wallet. The transaction got done without asking for confirmation of payment. The amount automatically deducted just because by mistake touch on make payment on recharge page. It has not shown any payment to be confirmed from wallet. Was this information helpful? | |
