[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Complaint about no. deactivate without any proper reason | |||||
I have a no of vodafone service provider but i have ported in idea celluler before porting that no i have paid all billed or unbiled amount of vodafone. After that y has been ported in idea seccusfully. But after two month idea celluler barred my all outgoing & incoming calls on that no they said that i have a amount of bill due on my previous service provider but when i went on their outlet they tell me that i have no due on my no in i said that it to my current service provider but they didn't give me a satisfactory answer about my complaint When i go on idea outlet today they said me that my no is permanently dactivated but i want this no for future calling. Today i recd call from [protected] at 3.55 pm and was treatnlng to pay the post paid bill. Though due date is till 1-12-16. Even i coveyed the same but they are insisting today i am returning from bhopal.
So far since till previous mnth there is no bills due.
