[Resolved] Idea — Wrong detection of charges | |||
SR 1-[protected]. Today at 3.34 PM I made an idea call for 55 secs I was charged 1.12 rupees instead of charging 20 paise. It happened to me lot of times I keep on trying to get my lost money but the respone from idea is simply No. This would be the last time I try then if I get the same response I am going to switch to aircel.I have provided with one more screenshot to claim my part of justice.
