[Resolved] IFB Industries — Complaint no.17000898 not attend by technician

I filed a complaint regarding my washing machine which is in AMC not working on 2 dec 2015. But till now nobody has visited my house to attend complaint. This is a routine work by IFB . They always delay or to not attend the complaint. Earlier also they didnot visited and cancelled my complaints at own level. I fed up with this service center as there is no action from any senioron these technicians.

not fully satisfied by services as they try to make fool of me ( customer). But in the long run they have to bear loss. by losing a customer.

I buy a new samsung washing machine & a fridge . Even in future i never recommend to anybody to purchace any product of IFB.
Your services is so poor and service center of kurukshetra is worst in whole world.Till now no technician visited and nobody is taking to solve the problem.

Now i have throw the IFb washing machine in garbage and make a remark on that " IFB = garbage".
