[Resolved] IFB — no response for more than 1 week | |||
I have always had a problem with my IFB SENORITA washing machine from the day I bought it. I feel that i have received a faulty machine. Now that my machine is out of the warranty period, conveniently, the TUB has broken and I have to shell out Rs. 4500 for repairs. The clothes are piling up for a week. And the man who finally came, came without the aappropriate part. I am really frustrated with the way this company (IFB) handles the problems of its customers. reena.
