IFCI — infra bond ifci not redeemed

641,F3,Shalimar Garden Extn1,Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201005

I had submitted original bond with required documents and it's was checked by ifci official at ifci tower nehru place on dated 20/11/2019.
Assured me due payment will be made into my bank account on 01/01/2020.
Unfortunately, there is no response or intimation from ifci, even after submitting contact and mail details.
Payment is still pending.
