IFCI — refund not made against submitted original bond duly signed with required documents

At the time of bond submission, concerned authority informed me that payment will be made on 01/01/2020 directly to my bank account.

I have submitted original bond with required documents at ifci, nehru place, new delhi on 20/11/2019.
