I have submitted a claim file about 2 months and 15days ago of amount 9000/- against policy no. M1245833, but untill i have not received any acknowledge (E. I message/receipts). I had already handover claim file to mr...,...[protected] but not any response given by customer care ([protected], [protected]) or person of the company and asking again & again for renewal of policy. I totally frustrated.
