[Resolved]  IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — regarding claim of phone insurance

It is requested that my phone screen damaged related claim documents submitted to bajaj fonesafe cpp on dated 09.10.2018 and these documents were forwarded to iffco tokio general insurance co. Ltd by the bajaj fonesafe on dated 18.10.2018 and they say to me that under 28 days working days my claim will be solved.
Moreover, it is requested that today after 51 days, my claim payment has not yet been released.

After 15 days, not resolve my complaint by the insurance company. It is requested that my complaint may pmease be resolve.
