IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — i'm complaining about no response and no respect,

I insured my bike in this company. My bike got accident. I went hosur branch there i explain with manager but he didn't care me and didn't gave respect me...
Finally clim insurance.
Then the serveor imran spoke with me he is rudly talking
So i'm complaining both of him
Take immediate action on them...
After took action reply me with action proof... Waiting for your reply
