IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — non receipt of hard copy of policy and cards of individual members covered under policy

I am a customer of iffco tokio health insurance. I have renewed my policy on 02/10/2017.
The policy no: 52852087
Name in the policy :nirupam paul. I have mailed and called on 17/10/2017 for the hard copies of the cards. Again i have called and mailed for hard copies on 25/10/2017 and several times. But till i have not received the hard copies of cards. Every time they are taking request.
My address in the policy is correct. How long i should wait?
