I recently tried to renew my bike insurance through his company and they deduct 1477.76 rupees from my account. I got a mesaage with in few minutes that the payment is failed and the money will be returned 7 days. This happened on 8th sep, 2018 and i continuously reached to the customer care with the money. First time they asked me the bank statement which i was not ready and i renewed the insurance through hdfc ergo. Second time when i called their customer care they asked me to send all the details with the hdfc ergo insurance copy. I continuously followed up and today they responded that the insurance got generated with the insurance number. I have the sms and the screenshot of the failure details from them. They played with the money and now they are cheating me saying that the insurance is generated. I am very middle class person and i don’t know how to get the money back from them and i am so much worried they are cheating customers like this.
