Income Tax Department — Delay of pan card

Res. Sir,
I have applied for pan card of my minor son het jigarbhai shah by nsdl on 16th june 2016 from alankit limited, b-30, ajanta comm. Centre, nr. I. Tax circle, ahmedabad. But up till now i have not received pan card. I checked status of pan card. Status of pan card is your application is under processed in tin utilisation centre up till now. I can't receive any favourable reply from alankit limited. Please do needful in this matter & oblidge.

I applied for Pan card yesterday and made payments too, but then page stop loading and they did give me ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER and now when I'm trying to know my application status by my name and DOF so they says "Sorry, no matching data found". Now what should i do ?
