Income Tax Department — Income tax recovery F.Y.[protected]

Dear sir, My self Anil Kumar Sharma PAN (AFEPS4274H) a retired railway guard under WCR KOTA and also my deductor is WCR Kota. On the date of[protected] a letter had been sent by accessing officer ITO ward - 02 Sawai madhopur. It is telling you have not pay income tax in F.Y.[protected] and the recovery is demanded by income tax department but i am having proof of paid income tax FORM - 16 which is given by my deductor but my accessing officer is reject this proof and told me that take a TRACES downloaded FORM- 16A. I have filed RTI against WCR Railway KOTA many time and they are telling me that we do not have any downloaded FORM 16A for F.Y.[protected]. Now i want a action against income tax department.
