Indane — Indane gas deposit and subsidiary not received

My consumer number CX15151070 AND lPG ID[protected], MY AGENCY : PERIYA PALAYATHAMMAN GAS AGENCY THIRUPORUR. My consumer number has linked with federal bank as per indane rules. I verified my consumer number in MY LPG website, it shows your LPG linked with bank and receive subsidiary from bank. based on that i booked cylinder on 07/01/2015 and cylinder received on 21/01/2015 without subsidiary. I enquired both bank and gas agency and verified my Gas number and Account number. both are correct. but i am not received deposit as well subsidiary.
