Indane LPG Gas — I can't refill my gas due to give up my subsidy

Sir I Mr DB Behera am Indian Army Soldier and posted in Akhnoor (J&K), I have a gas connection of Indane gas agency in 610 EME Bn, Cross Sword Rabit gas Agency. Now my problem is last two months i give up subsidy through on-line but i can't refill my cylinder last two months. the distributor said me my gas connection does not link with bank. but before i give up subsidy two time refund subsidy to my bank account .
