[Resolved]  Indane — Non-Receipt of subsidy

I got SMS saying transfer of Rs.656-38 angainst Cash Memo No.[protected] dtd 5/3/14 pertaing to supply of cylinder under Consumer No.989334 of Geo Flames, Puthuppally, Kottayam. But unfortunately I didn't get the amount credited to my bank account.Kindly look into the matter and informe me.

My cosumer no is KG23579 my LPG id is [protected] dealer konark gas cuttack and my adhar card no[protected] and both are linked with my saving account no [protected] Cental bank cuttack buxi bazar branch.
I had booked the refill on[protected] booking no[protected]) and got the delivery on[protected] vide memo no [protected] dated[protected].but till date i did not got the subsidy for that booking.
Kindly dothe need ful for immediate release of subsidy to my bank account.

My consumer No.02381; my 17 digit consumer ID is 3 [protected]; cylinder purchase cash memo No. [protected] generated on 28.04.2015; but I do not appear to have my subsidy credited to my linked Bank Account No. [protected]. Please look into and advise.
