Independent TV — error 400 shows I.e. due weather condition

We have two set top Boxes relating to Independent TV under the Reliance Big TV. Both the TV are not running showing the reason 400- due to whether condition at the area. As suggested by the provider, we have changed the channels so many times but in vein. Will you please get these set top boxes in order to enable us to view the programs of the TVs. I will be very thankful to you. If it is not solved, please tell us what to do. Shall we go to the another company for providing the programs.( My Phone No.; [protected])
