India Bulls Real Estate — Project not completed more than 5 years over

I have booked in Phase I of India Bulls Green. The Payments have been collected by them in the name of Lucina Land Development Limited. More than 90% of Funds have been collected. However from 12.8.2013 which was the last installment paid by us - ( one more installment pending since then) there has been absolutely no communication from the Company regarding status of the project and why delay in completion of the project. Emails sent to customer care centre are met with standard reply as project in progress.
The Company owes a moral duty and responsibility to communicate with its investors the reasons for delay and why the project has been held up. It shows lack of professionalism. It also brings to light the low standards of the Company and that they are not different from other Real Estate Company's who dupe their investors of their precious resources.
