[Resolved]  India Emporium — Item Not Delivered and No Response.

They are fraud. I don't understand how the site is even alive. I made a purchase of about 700rs, it was mentioned in the page that the item will get delivered in two weeks. I waited the entire two weeks and then called their customer care which by the way is completely fake and got a message saying- we acknowledge your call we will get in touch with you soon. No one called me. Then I got their Indian numbers from their facebook page and called them. I was completely shocked when I heard the automated tune saying, welcome to honey enterprises please wait, then one guy picked up my phone and I asked him is this India emporium or honey enterprises, he said this is India emporium and then I enquired about my order and he said, sorry for the delay it will get delivered to you very soon. Then one month passed and I called again and this time the tune said welcome to khushi or whatever enterprises, my phone got disconnected this time. Then I called the site " VIRKA INFO- TECH' which is based in Ludhiana that made the fake site India emporium but I got a busy tone, I tried calling many times but no one picked up my phone. Then I emailed indiaemporium.. I wrote, I need my money back, to which no one replied. Then after 2 months I received a message from the site saying, the product did not get delivered because it had gone out of stock, we want you to choose some other product. Then I had gone to their site and saw the product I ordered was there and said 'in stock' I replied to the mail saying, I want my money back, in the response they said, they will refund the money . I did not get the refund till now.
