[Resolved]  India Emporium — Unstitched suit

I had ordered one suit and paid rs. 700 separately for stitching but firstly they shipped the order to my billing address instead of shipping address and then, after a lot of followup with dtdc, it reached to my billing 5 days late. It was a rakhi gift and they had assured to deliver it before rakhi. When my sister opened the packet, it was unstitched. Now, they are not refunding my 700 rs. I have all the proofs with me. If required, I can provide them.
