Hi, This is my complaint. I have order one cake and bouquet from your site "http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com/information/contact-us.htm". Please find the below details. In our website Detailed Info: Its mentioned " Please feel free to call us on +91 [protected] (24*7) any point of time during the purchase to take assitsance from us. We would be happy to help you." I called 47 times to ur mentioned number yesterday [protected] & [protected] after 5 to 9 PM. [protected] number was switched off and [protected] number a lady was pick up the call she was very rude, not listing my issues continuously hangs up call. This is such a disgusting customer service I have even seen. My Delivery Date was[protected]. I want to cancel my order. I called so many times to refund the money back. Today (on 1st March 2014) they called & send they will deliver the gift today. When I called them I don't want delivery want refund they said we attempted delivery so we will not refund in rude manner.

Request you to forward the process for filing complaint.May be the amount is small but my intention is to teach these type of vendors a lesson so that they will not cheat other customers.
Thease guys are capable of cheating even foreigner's & they will make our country shameful.
We need to protect our country from these type of cheaters.
