Hello sir My name is Swapnil goswami I ordered cake on 24/11/2016 from india flower gift shop online. I made payment of Rs. 730 through net banking My tracking ID or Order ID is EzPnLM My ordered is still undelivered. I am contacting customer care since 25/11/2016 they r giving me foolish answers like ur cake will be deliver soon. I am requesting them to refund. but they refuse to give refund, today on 07/01/2017 i received an email from them saying ur product successfully delivered. but actually no product is delivered till now.
