India Flower Gift Shop — order not delivered and customer behaviour | |||
We had ordered a combo gift cake, boquet and teddybear for my sister on feb 14 2019 for anniversary. Cake and boquet was delivered on time but they missed the teddybear and when we called the them for the deliver of teddybear the response given by them was very bad. They do not respect their customers, the lady who received the call used bad words on the phone. The customer support is very bad. Its been 4 days and still they have not delivered the doll and they disconnect the call every time we call. Worst website and worst customer support. Can you please update. I have not update from India flower gift shop. Still they haven't responded . I tried to call them but they disconnect my call.

They guys are cheater.They didn’t pick phone even.
