I had a placed an online order for delivery of gifts to my friend. Details as below:
Order Placed on 01/11/16 - 11:45
Delivery to be made on 02/11/16
Been following up with the customer support, to ensure prompt delivery. It was promised to be delivered on 02/11/16, by 5:00, After continous calls this guy says that the delivery man met with an accident & the delivery could not be made & will be made on the next morning.
Every hour i have been calling up, arindam choudary comes up with lame excuses that it would be done in the next one hour. but still not done & says that it is my wish if i wish to cancel the order, can do so, but the amount would not be refunded.

Please note carefully that the order has still not been delivered despite of the assurance of SAME DAY DELIVERY.
Furthermore, to add to our trouble, today when I tried inquiring about my order by calling on your customer care number, the lady spoke rudely showing no manners whatsoever on how to deal with customer complaints. Also, she cut my phone twice without listening to me properly and gave me the excuse of the site facing some trouble. Somebody should make her learn how to speak properly as I perceived such attitude as a big blot on the Bengali Community.
This is sheer disappointment and I would not hesitate one bit to reach out to your higher management and sharing my disastrous experience with them.
Just let me know the status of my order or refund the money ASAP.
I hope this time, you try taking care of a customer complaint the way it should be taken care off.
