I ordered a cake for my mother on mother' s day which was supposed to be delivered on May 11 th and it' was never delivered. When I called the customer care. A lady named lovely said it shows your order is pending but it is delivered. It is a system glitch. I told her it was never received. And then, I asked for the person I can complaint, she gave a cell phone number for the person named Ms. Kavita who promised me to find out the reason and get back to me in an hour and she never did. These people are here to just digest our money and do fraudulent business, they have no business ethics and could care less about their customer's sentiments. Now, nothing we just have written a complaint and I don't even know if there would any action on these people or not. They will not get my business anymore plus I suggested lit of my friends this website, I will spread the word that this is a fraud company, they better don't get into the mess.
