Hi I booked a flat with umang realtech in their project winter hills -77 via india homes in june 2015. I was given a credit note at that point for 2% of the booked value and was told that this will be honored in 90 days. At that point of time i was told that umang is one of the preferred builders of india homes and there would be no delays in getting this credit note honored. Even in dec, 15 end there have been lame excuses from indiahomes and there is no clear commitment on the date on which they will honor their credit note.
