India Homes — Failed to redem the credit note amount rs 90000 for booking at panchsheel greens

Self booked flat in panchsheel greens through india homes representative mr. Atish mob-[protected] in dec 2014 and they accepted the redemption request in nov'15 and assured that the amount will be paid within 90 days.

But after chasing them regularly they extended the payment date every 15 days on pretext that they are facing some financial problem.
Now no one responding to emails & picking up calls.

What to do now, pl advise
