Hi team,

I have purchased the flat in gaur city -4th avenue, flat no e20 from the india homes.

At the time of purchasing i have asked for the discount on the flat and after discussion they had commit ed to me to provide 48621 rs as the discount, but they mention the condition that they should receive their brokerage first from the builders (Most of the time it is about 10 % of cost of property), my property cost is 45 lakhs, so it almost 4.5 lakhs.

India homes already received the brokerage amount from the builders and they have already confirmed me and asked to submit the document to process the credit note.

I already submitted the documents almost 3 months back and now they are telling that we have financial problem hence credit note payment will be delayed.

I am not asking money from them it is only a small portion of the brokerage they offered me as discount on my booking of my flat of 45 lakhs rs (The booking & payment is done my me only).

I also have legal document of this credit note as well.
