India Homes — Not honouring credit note

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

I have bought a flat in Noida through India homes in October 2012. Initially they were very good to me and promised to give very good services. I bought the flat in subvention plan and India homes assured that my flat is booked under subvention plan. But after 2 months of booking I got shocked when I received a demand letter from the builder where it was mentioned that my flat was booked under CLP plan. I called builder and they said in their records it was booked under CLP only so I need check with the broker, which was India homes in this case. When I called them then they said that they have booked the flat in subvention plan and I should not give any money to builder and they will get it corrected. For almost 1 month nothing happened and India homes did not responded anything. But after 1 month I received one other demand letter from the builder with now interest charges. Then again I called India home and emailed them but again everything was in vein and no answer. Then finally I had to go to India homes office in Delhi from my hometown. After visiting their office they assured me to get the pan changed but I need to pay interest charges to builder. I clearly told them that I will not pay any interest charges and it should be paid by India homes. Finally they agreed upon it and they issues me a credit note. But now it is almost 3 years and they have not paid me my money still. They are saying they will pay my money only when they will get 100% brokerage from the builder. I personally spoke to builder and they are saying they have already paid 100% brokerage to India homes. Now I have been fighting with India homes from almost 3 years now and I am still not getting any response from them. Being outsider it is very difficult for me to travel to Delhi for everything. Request you to kindly look into this matter and please get my money back. Thanks in advance Rachit
