India Infoline Finance [IIFL] — Foreclosure letter not received till date

I raised a request for foreclosure of home loan account no IL10069258 on 9 Aug 2023. I got a mail back that they will send me the letter within 15 working days. Today is 1 sep 2023 but I haven't got the letter till date. What should I do?
