I am holding my Demat Account No.11910242 with IIFL since long time.Recently my Demat Account has been frozen by them due to KYC issue.I have been trying for the last 15 days to get this formality completed by IIFL .I am sorry to say that they have been harrasing me for the last so many days by replying irrelevantly and not guiding me in the matter.Their grievance handling is very cumbersome and those people are not helpful even to a senior citizen like me..I have submitted all the requisite documents to carry out KYC Details in my Demat Account and defreeze my account to allow me to trade immediately.All the documents submitted to IIFL are attached. Kindly get the matter investigated and help me to defreeze my account with them.
