India Post — A delayed international parcel delivery

To the highly respected persons in-charge complaint is about a parcel that was sent to me from Kenya by my parents to NIT Durgapur where am currently studying, the parcel was sent on 2/6/2015 .since we were on a summer vacation I had gone to Hyderabad for summer training it happened that the day that the parcel (cp[protected]ke) arrived in durgapur from Calcutta i was not there to receive .When i came back on 8/7/15 i was told that my parcel was sent back to the sender (in KENYA ) on 26/6/15 because there was no one to receive it and i was told that it would only take a 'few days' to reach back to the sender. but unfortunately till date my parents(sender) have not yet received the parcel and when i went to ask for some assistance to RE college 713209 post office they told me they cant do anything because they already sent the parcel back on 26/6/15 and that my parents (sender KENYA) have to complain about the parcel ...well they did that on 2/8/15 but the KENBOD could not help them since after tracking the parcel it still shows that it is still in India. below are the tracking details parcel number CP[protected]KE 02.06.2015 17:10 Accepted from sender Kenbod Air Mumbai Ems 03.06.2015 14:25 Consolidated for export (Export) Nairobi City Square Air Mumbai Ems 03.06.2015 21:25 Send item abroad (Export) Nairobi City Square Air Mumbai Ems 05.06.2015 14:41 Arrival at international place of exchange Mumbai Foreign Post Office Air Mumbai Ems 05.06.2015 15:05 Into customs Mumbai Foreign Post Office Air Kolkata Foreign Parcel 13.06.2015 16:08 Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner Kolkata Foreign Parcel Air Kolkata Foreign Parcel 16.06.2015 12:16 Released by customs Kolkata Foreign Parcel Air Kolkata Foreign Parcel 16.06.2015 16:24 Left postal office Kolkata Foreign Parcel Air Durgapur Rms there are no other updates regarding the where about of the parcel after 16/6/15 not even anything to show that it was sent back to the sender on 26/6/15 as i was told..I've tried to file a complaint all in-vain I hope through this platform i will get help Please help me know where my parcel is and whether it is safe because it has a valuable document along side other personal stuff and how long it will take to be delivered back to the sender because am worried since it's almost 2 months now still showing the same status as upto date 16/6/15 Will really appreciate any help from you.
