India Post — Abnormal delay in delivery of Consignment No. EG[protected]IN

I have despatched documents via Speed Post of India Post vide Consignment No. EG[protected]IN on 1-Dec-2021. The document has not yet been delievered till 09-Dec-2021, and seems was lying at KOL AP TMO for over a week or so. The consignment tracking details are as follows :
