India Post — Article No: EK[protected]IN not received but delivery massage received

Even after 14 days of dispatch from Udupi to Azamgarh, Article No: EK[protected]IN not received but got a massage of delivery report. My consignment moving here and there since last more than 10 days near about Lucknow and Mau after getting returned from destination Post office and complained several times but still no clarirty. Tracking system now shows delivered but I not received Article No: EK[protected]IN. Where Article is delivered and to whom? This is second complain as issue is not resolved by first complain.
Kindly deliver the same asap.
