India Post — complaint against corrupt postman

In my area there is a postman whose name is "irshaad". Whenever he come to distribute any letter or any other thing related to post always asking for money. If someone declined to give money then he use the offensive (Abusive) language and misbehave. He always ask for money like if any pan card related item then rs. 50, and for debit card rs.100. Same thing happens with me on 11 july 2018 when he came to me deliever a bank checkbook but i didnt give any penny to this man then he do misbehave with me and warn me that he will not give any post related item to me in future. Now i am waiting for atm card since one month, when i check with bank they told me its already send by their side and provide me a traking no."at[protected]in". When i check the status of this tracking no its showing item delievered but i didn recieved that. Please look in to this matter and took appropriate action against that currupt man.
