India Post — Complaint letter for poor service

My name is Ajith V. I am waiting for this complaint regarding to india post .
And my post register on 11/11/2021 (thursday). Post type (Register post)
From - Rasipuram, To - Imphal this post is regarding to job purpose and last date to submit in[protected] .But Still there is no response about the article .my last update of the article is 16/11/2021 in Air LGBI AP TMO dispatched, then no further response about the article waiting more then 10 days.So please kindly make it fast because it is most important one.
I am facing this type of issue first time by India post office.
