India Post — Consignment on wrong post office :Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located

My university is sending me some very crucial documents via India Post Inland post service. And the address is absolutely correct though when I checked the latest update on India post tracking service it says, " Item Onhold Addressee cannot be located" . No one has even contacted me asking my address. Kindly help me to get my parcel asap.
