India Post... might have adapted the worst ever delivery service system in India. As such, any courier start-up company delivers the consignment/shipment without fail, they infact make a call to the addressee and assures of proper and perfect delivery, and this is the same system delivery company follows globally.
Wherein India Post never tries to call the addressee incase if address is unclear, and they always updates the tracking status as "Insufficient Delivery Address" and never tries to deliver it, instead they never keep it at one particular office, they keep shuttling it from one Post Office to the other Post Office, and tracking details are very inappropriate for the addressee, incase if willing to collect the shipment/consignment from the Post Office. Tracking never show contact information and contact address/location for pickup/collection.
The worst ever India Post service. Waste of public money. Lot of human energy and other energies, and resources being burnt away ending up with undesired and unsatisfactory results.
