India Post — Delay in speed post delivery within kolkata

I registered a speed post from Jadavpur University S.O on 25/04/2022 to be delivered to HEAD ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION
SOCIETY FOR APPLIED MICROWAVE ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING AND RESEARCH
PLOT – L2, BLOCK – GP, SECTOR – V, SALT LAKE ELECTRONICS COMPLEX
KOLKATA – 700091,
Ph:[protected] / 4894. It was supposed to be delivered within a single day but now it's location is showing received at Kolkata RMS mails TMO.It needs to reach its destination by 29/04/2022 else I wont be able to sit for an examination.It's a question about my career and the India post officials haven't notified me anything till now either. Please look into it as early as possible.
