[Resolved] India Post — delay of speed post | |
sir, i have sent a parcel to Geelong, Australia through speed post on
09/09/2014. tracking no is EH[protected]IN. my daughter received the
parcel at Geelong Australia on 07/10/2014.after one month. kindly pay
compensation for the delay of consignment.it gives us too much
harassment.i visited at sec 8 pkl post office so many times to inquire
about the consignment but in vein..they did not answer me the lady
neelam who is on the seat said go and do the compliant on line it is
not our duty to see why are you coming so many times to us.so please do
the needful and help me to get the compensation as soon as you can..

Till date no confirmation received from postal department. So slow to resolve the complaints .Is this Custmer service given by postal department .So sorry to write all.

Customer support has notified the complaint .what is meant by this if no action is taken by them.
